Unfortunately I had a new water heater installed but it didn't resolve the issue of having no hot water. After Zack & Simon arrived they were able to quickly diagnose the problem, replace the faulty breaker and I was up and running in no time.

Zach and Simeon Came out to fix an electrical issue in the home they had on their mask and shoe covers they both were very friendly courteous and efficient. They fix the issue and work done within a reasonable time they also advise me on the best lights to use to save energy in my home I have been using a 250 watt for my bathroom for 18 years only to find out how much it must’ve been charging me. They where absolute gentlemen and friendly.

Tidal came out per my warranty with duke energy. From the call to set the appointment, to the guys fixing everything, everyone was some of the nicest people I’ve ever done business with. 110% recommend them. Very polite, very punctual, and happy to be working. Will be calling them for any future needs 100%

Tidal did an excellent job on our generator install. We had an extra thing to do afterward. They were at the house within a day of the request. We’re not planning on using any electrician other than Tidal in the future. Great people! Ben is awesome

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They were awesome, and went above and beyond to solve my unusual issue with a 60 year old home. Benjamin “Ben” and Donnie were determined to solve my issue. Ben crawled way under the house, which is an incredibly tight squeeze, figured it out, and they got it all fixed. I’d highly recommend this company, and I especially give Ben two thumbs up for going the extra mile!

I live at Hunting Ridge Apartments in Raleigh. I’ve seen Tidal service men around for quite awhile at our complex. Our apartment got our updated switches and outlets. They did a wonderful job explaining their safety procedures and never made us feel unsafe. The gentlemen put in a lot of effort and time to update the wiring the right way. If I had a question, they were always so patient and helpful. I also appreciated their amazing attitudes, they were respectful and positive. At the end of their service, they made sure to explain what they did and what changes were made. Your company has a wonderful team of electricians!
